Strong & Northern, that's what our favourite relish is! There are many sauces out there, but none can rival the punch of our Yorkshire made lil' fella! Even against his biggest contender, "Wuss-ter Sauce", he's a champ! And more than anything, one superb Knockout Sauce!

How the piece came about

It's been a friendly rivalry between Wuss-ter Sauce and our hometown champ, Hendo for a while now. Some think they're the same thing, but they really are two very different heavyweights. I wanted to sketch something which gave a tongue-in-cheek nod to the competition between them. Both are good, but nevertheless, nothing compares to our Knockout Sauce, Heavyweight Condiment of the World!
